Every site gets post orders written with the client: what the guard checks, who is let in, who gets called and in what order. The client signs them off before the first shift. Reporting is agreed in the post orders and may include shift activity reports, patrol logs and incident reports.

Westbay Security Inc. is licensed under BC's Security Services Act, and every guard we send holds a BC security worker licence. We carry $5 million in general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage.
