Parking lot and parkade security in Metro Vancouver
We patrol surface lots and underground parkades for strata buildings, shopping plazas, office towers and commercial lots across the Lower Mainland. Our guards patrol to deter vehicle break-ins, trespassing and illegal dumping, and enforce parking rules on the owner's behalf.
What a parkade patrol checks
Every level, every stairwell and the storage rooms. The guard checks that gates and overhead doors close behind cars, looks for broken windows and people who shouldn't be there, and notes cars parked in the wrong stalls.
Parking enforcement support
Our security personnel assist property owners and managers with parking enforcement, monitoring unauthorized activity, documenting trespass incidents, and coordinating vehicle towing where authorized and permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Reporting is tailored to the property. Patrol and incident reports can include photos of damage, dumping and repeat vehicles, so the property manager can show council or the owner what is going on.

How do you deal with trespassing?
Our security personnel assist property owners and managers with monitoring unauthorized activity and documenting trespass incidents. Any further step is taken on the owner's authorization and as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Do you arrange towing?
We can coordinate vehicle towing where the property owner has authorized it and where it is permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The details are agreed with you before service begins.
How do you deal with people sheltering in the parkade?
The guard asks them to leave, checks stairwells and storage rooms during patrols, and documents what was found. Where someone requires medical assistance, the guard calls for it.
