Concierge security for strata and office lobbies in Metro Vancouver
A concierge security officer manages the front desk: registering visitors, receiving deliveries, controlling access and monitoring the building's cameras from the desk. We staff lobbies in strata towers and office buildings across the Lower Mainland, for day, evening and overnight shifts.

What the concierge does
Checks visitors in and calls up to confirm them, takes in parcels and lets residents or tenants know, signs in contractors and booked move-ins, and keeps an eye on the door and the building's cameras at the desk.
Visitors and deliveries
Visitors and deliveries can be logged with a time, so that when a resident asks about a parcel, the desk has a record to check.
Reports for the property manager
Desk reports can cover visitors, deliveries, contractors and anything that needed attention, in the format the property manager requires. Incidents are documented separately.

How does a concierge differ from a security guard?
Both are licensed security workers. A concierge officer is based at the front desk and deals with residents, visitors and deliveries throughout the shift, so we assign officers with strong customer service skills as well as security training.
Can concierge officers manage the parcel room?
Yes. Every delivery and every collection is logged, which helps resolve any dispute about a missing parcel.
Can concierge officers enforce our bylaws?
Officers record bylaw contraventions such as noise, smoking or an unbooked move-in, and report them to council. Enforcement remains the responsibility of the strata council.
What hours can concierge coverage run?
Any hours the building requires. Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be combined with mobile patrol.
