Westbay Security Inc. (“Westbay Security”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions or requests.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote or contact request through this website, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, contact details (phone number and email address), company or property name and site address if you provide them, the service you are asking about, and the contents of your message. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information through these forms.
How we use your information
Information submitted through our forms is used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry. That includes preparing a quote, scheduling a site assessment, and following up on your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit and which pages lead to quote requests. It records pages viewed, roughly where a visit came from (for example a search engine), the type of device and browser, and a few actions on the site: starting or sending the quote form, tapping a phone number or email address, and following the careers link from a quote form. When a quote form is sent, it records only the service chosen and the city if you named one, never your name, phone number, email address, site address or message. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We ask Google to anonymize IP addresses, and we keep Google signals and ad personalization turned off. We don't use session recording, advertising pixels or any tool that tries to identify individual visitors or their employers. Google may process this data outside Canada. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, without affecting your use of this site.
Data retention and security
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our business records. Access to submitted information is limited to Westbay Security staff who need it to handle your enquiry.

Our privacy officer is responsible for how we handle personal information. We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time.
