Strata and residential security in Metro Vancouver

We work for strata councils and property managers in towers and townhouse complexes across the Lower Mainland, and for owners of private houses and estates. Services include concierge, on-site guards and mobile patrols at any hour, with reporting tailored to council's requirements.

A usual strata set-up

Coverage is built around the building: a concierge at the desk, on-site guards, and patrol visits that cover the parkade, the amenity rooms and the building perimeter. It is available 24 hours a day, and can start small and be extended later.

Bylaws and noise complaints

Guards attend noise and nuisance complaints, ask people to stop, and write down what happened and when. They record bylaw breaches for council. Enforcement stays with council.

Private houses and estates

We also protect private homes, with on-site guards, mobile patrol visits, and coverage while the owners are away or during a renovation.

Questions we get asked

Something else? Call (672) 699-8229.

Are your guards familiar with our bylaws?

Yes. Guards are briefed on your bylaws and post orders before their first shift. They record contraventions, and enforcement remains with council.

Can coverage start on a limited basis?

Yes. Coverage can begin with weekend patrols and be extended later. We provide quotes for both options so that council can compare.

Do you provide security for private houses?

Yes. Residential security for houses and estates is offered separately from strata work, and includes on-site guards, mobile patrol visits, and coverage while the owners are away or during a renovation. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

What reporting does council receive?

Reporting is agreed with council or the property manager. It can include incident reports and a summary of patrols and incidents suitable for a council meeting or the annual general meeting.
