Security company in Vancouver, BC: construction, parkade and concierge security
Westbay Security provides construction site security, fire watch, parkade security, concierge and event security across Vancouver, from downtown towers to the False Creek Flats, Mount Pleasant and the west side. Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Construction security and fire watch
A building under construction is most exposed before its sprinklers and alarms are in service. We provide on-site guards and access control throughout the project, and fire watch during hot work or whenever fire protection systems are out of service.
Parkade security
For parkades beneath downtown towers, our guards patrol every level and stairwell, confirm that gates and access points are secure, and assist with parking enforcement on the owner's authorization. Reporting to the building manager is agreed for each site.
Concierge and event security
Strata and office towers in Coal Harbour, Yaletown and the West End rely on a professional front desk. Our concierge security officers manage visitors, deliveries and access, and report to the strata or building manager as required. We also provide security for corporate and private events at downtown venues.
