Mobile patrol security in Metro Vancouver

Our mobile patrol services include scheduled and randomized property inspections tailored to each client's security needs. A patrol officer inspects the property on foot: doors, gates, fences, lighting and anything left unsecured. Mobile patrol runs 24 hours a day and is a cost-effective alternative to a full-time guard for yards, vacant buildings, strata parkades and commercial plazas across the Lower Mainland.

What happens on a visit

The officer parks, gets out and walks the property. They try the doors, check the gates and locks, look along the fence, check the lighting and the alarm panel if you want it checked, and take photos of anything wrong.

GPS-verified patrols

Patrol visits are recorded with time and location. The record shows when the officer attended your property, which gives owners and property managers a clear account of the patrol service they receive.

Lock-ups and unlocks

Scheduled lock-up and unlock is an additional service, separate from patrol inspections. A visit is set for a fixed time to lock a gate or a building at closing, or to open it before staff arrive.

When a patrol is enough

Mobile patrol suits properties that do not need a guard on site at all times: yards, vacant buildings, commercial plazas and strata parkades. Where people or vehicles must be checked in and out, an on-site guard is the better choice.

Questions we get asked

Something else? Call (672) 699-8229.

How many patrol visits are included?

The number of visits is set out in your contract. We recommend a frequency after assessing the site, and it can be adjusted at any time.

Are patrol times varied?

Inspections can be randomized within the window you set, or carried out at scheduled times. Lock-up and unlock visits are a separate service and take place at fixed times.

What record do we receive of each visit?

Where reporting is part of the service, the record of a visit can show the officer's arrival and departure, what was checked and anything found, with photos where appropriate.

How do we know a patrol took place?

Our patrols are GPS-verified. Patrol visits are recorded with time and location, so you can see when your property was checked.

Can we add sites later?

Yes. Sites can be added to or removed from a patrol contract.
